TALIS Group announces that the Hawle Austria Group has acquired the Erhard Group of companies effective 7^th September.

On the 1^st of September, TALIS Group announced that Triton (Talis owners) had entered into a definitive agreement with AVK Group for them to acquire Bayard SAS (Bayard) and Belgicast International S.L. (Belgicast) and their respective subsidiaries.

Raphael Industries, Inc will remain within the Triton portfolio (Current owner of Talis) until further notice and will operate independently.

Bayard is a market leader in France in the water valve market and is a European fire hydrant expert as well as having significant presence in key overseas territories.

Belgicast has market leading positions in butterfly valves and gate valves made in Europe. Belgicast is well known worldwide for its expertise in desalination projects.

The subsidiary companies of Bayard (Talis Flow Control Shanghaï) and Belgicast (Belgicast Italia and Industra in Portugal) will also form part of the transaction.

The Erhard brand stands for a technically high-quality product portfolio and stable, long standing relationships.

The Erhard Group acquired by Hawle Group includes as follows: Erhard GmbH & Co. KG (Heidenheim), Talis Services GmbH (Heidenheim), Talis Polska (Swietochlovicé) and Talis-Erhard Trading Co. Ltd (Shanghai).

The integration phase is now starting and will focus on continuing successful operations to serve customers at the highest level of service.

This follows the divestments that took place in 2022 of Strate (Düker GmbH), Frischhut (Tiroler Rohre GmbH), Talis UK (AVK Group) and Talis India (STS Valves India Pvt Ltd)
